Natalie and Isis won Wilson School's PTA reflections contest for the second year in a row. The theme was "Beauty Is..." The awards ceremony was tonight so we all went to see them get their awards.
Isis drew an awesome picture of Superman with color pencils and then painted it with a brush to make it look like watercolors.
Natalie took a gorgeous photo of a waterfall at Spring Hollow in the Logan Canyon.
I am so proud of their talents. I am also proud of their parents who encourage and helped them!
Great job kids! See you again next year for "Together we can ..."
ReplyDeleteBoth entries are lovely. I've forgotten who has the reflections contest. Marge

Wow, awesome work, both of them! You must be so proud of them.
ReplyDeleteI am so proud of my gr son who graduated from the computer college that he attended every day 8 hrs a day five days a wk for two years...he just got his first job programming for mobile devices...only 5% of the companies engineers know how to do it. He still needs a liver transplant. He had to come home every day after the college classes all day and nap before he could do his homework which was some pretty tough classes.
His sister, my college gr dau in Missouri, hopes to become a PA. She has worked so hard to not have any college debt, was a grocery checker last summer in Ohio store. I am so proud of the lovely, bright self-confident young woman she has grown into.
